1. About us
This website is operated by 2 SHOCKS LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17067783. Our registered office is 2 Spring Corner, High Street, TW13 4PA, Feltham, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@2shocks.com.
2. Purpose of the website
The website introduces the planned 2Shocks rider app and lets you contact us. You cannot create a rider account, buy a subscription, order parts or book a garage through this website. Browsing the site or sending an enquiry does not reserve access or create a paid subscription.
These terms apply to your use of the website. Separate terms and privacy information will be supplied for the app and any future paid services.
3. Product previews and prices
Screenshots demonstrate the product interface. They do not establish that every feature is publicly available or that every motorcycle has the same data coverage. Planned features, supported models and release timing may change during development.
Prices shown are proposed launch prices, not a checkout offer. The final price, billing period, included features and purchase terms will be presented before any purchase. Workshop commercial availability depends on a production data agreement and applicable model coverage. This website does not promise a confirmed release date.
4. Information and safety
We take reasonable care with the website’s content. Product previews are not an inspection of your motorcycle, a diagnosis, a repair quotation, a guarantee of parts fitment or instructions for carrying out safety-critical work. Consult the appropriate manufacturer information and a qualified professional before undertaking such work.
If you notice an error, please contact us so we can investigate and correct it where appropriate.
5. Using the website
You may browse the website for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Our original website content and branding belong to us. Third-party names, trademarks and materials belong to their respective owners. You may view the site and share links to it. Any further use of protected material requires the relevant owner’s permission unless permitted by law.
6. Links and availability
Links to other websites are provided for convenience or further information. Those websites operate under their own terms; we do not control their content. We may update the website or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security or other reasonable operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes your statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill where required by law. We do not accept responsibility for business losses arising from use of this consumer-facing presentation website.
8. Contact and privacy
Contact info@2shocks.com with questions or complaints. Support is by email; we do not promise a fixed response time or provide an emergency service. Statutory deadlines for applicable requests still apply. Our Website Privacy Policy explains how we handle visits and correspondence.
9. Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. UK consumers retain the mandatory protections applicable to them and may bring proceedings in the courts of the UK country where they live.
We may revise these website terms as the site changes. The revision date above identifies the current version. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen.
